Dr. Bua Srikot, Lecturer Soraphop Jillanon, and Dr. Weera Weerasophon supervised 20 students from the Airline Business Industry in the Tourism and Service Industry Management programs over a study visit at Thai Airways Kitchen at Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok for the course TIH 3410, Inflight Service Management.

This study tour helps students learn and comprehend airliners kitchen management processes, Thai Airways departments that work with the flight, and the process of making and delivering food onboard.

This study tour is going to benefit students in developing practical skills and knowledge to prepare for future professions in the airline industry.
